“Please use the Google link to see my Google review for this property since Expedia will not allow me to post enough words to describe what happened. It was an absolute nightmare staying here. The rooms are tiny, dated and unkept. There was a substance that looked like black mold in my room. The room was unbearably hot since the heat didn’t work. “This is our second time staying at this hotel. It is conveniently located to many places in Savannah to walk to. It’s a nice property. Staff is friendly and attentive. The beds however, need to be updated. They are not very comfortable at all. Pillows are nice but mattress are hard and creaky.”

“Great location! Close to everything, nice bar in the lobby. What we did not like is 3 elevators only one worked consistently. Construction going on, just caused more noise, hard to get through hallways, and issues getting cars through valet because of the construction staff trucks.”

“room was nice . The sound proffing sucks you can hear everything in the lobby and in the rooms next to us and above us when they walked across the floor it sounded like horses walking. The room service is not good. It is suppose to be done every three days but all they did was replace the towels and take out one small bag or trash. No vacuming or changing the sheets they didnt even make the bed looks like they only came in as far as the bathroom got the old towel and trash and left. Poor...

“Arrivata alle 13 la camera non era pronta. L’addetta mi comunica che mi manderà un messaggio per avvisare quando la stanza è pronta. Messaggio mai arrivato. Faccio presente al manager che non fa alcun gesto… anzi… da la colpa a noi che avremmo dovuto accertarci se la camera fosse pronta. Niente scuse, niente risarcimento. Nulla di nulla. In camera lavandino non scarica e abat-jour non funziona ”
